Amend Bill, page 2, line 2, by inserting after "parent,"

an individual residing in the same household as the child

or an individual responsible for the child's welfare, 

Amend Bill, page 2, lines 8 through 10, by striking out all

of lines 8 and 9 and "child or a paramour of the child's parent"

in line 10 and inserting

 guardian or an individual involved in an intimate

relationship with the child's parent
