Amend Bill, page 4, line 30, by inserting after

"Regulations)."

 The term shall not include any business engaged directly in the

drilling, extraction or attempted extraction of natural gas or

any business providing services, supplies, labor or any other

support to a business engaged in the drilling, extraction or

attempted extraction of natural gas.
