     1       Amend Title, page 1, line 1, by striking out "State" and
     2    inserting
     3               public employee
     4       Amend Sec. 1, page 1, line 6, by striking out "State" and
     5    inserting
     6               Public Employee
     7       Amend Sec. 2, page 1, lines 12 through 17; page 2, lines 1
     8    through 5, by striking out all of said lines on said pages and
     9    inserting
    10       "Governmental body."  Any department, authority, commission,
    11    committee, council, board, bureau, division, service, office,
    12    officer, administration, legislative body or other establishment
    13    in the executive, legislative or judicial branch of a State or a
    14    political subdivision thereof or any agency performing a
    15    governmental function. This term shall include any State-
    16    affiliated entity and any State-related institution.
    17       "Public employee."  Any individual employed by any
    18    governmental body.
    19       "State-affiliated entity."  A Commonwealth authority or a
    20    Commonwealth entity. The term includes the Pennsylvania Turnpike
    21    Commission, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, the
    22    Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System, the Pennsylvania
    23    Infrastructure Investment Authority, the State Public School
    24    Building Authority, the Pennsylvania Higher Educational
    25    Facilities Authority and the State System of Higher Education.
    26       "State-related institution."  The Pennsylvania State
    27    University, the University of Pittsburgh, Lincoln University or
    28    Temple University.

    29       Amend Sec. 4, page 3, line 4, by striking out all of said
    30    line and inserting
    31               the Commonwealth, whether of the Executive,
    32               Legislative or Judicial branch of the government.

     1       Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 12 and 13
     2    Section 5.  Online posting of certain salaries.
     3       All other governmental bodies shall post, on their own
     4    official Internet websites or make such information available
     5    electronically upon request, and update on a monthly basis, the
     6    following concerning officers and employees:
     7           (1)  Title.
     8           (2)  Agency, department or other institution.
     9           (3)  Annual salary rate or other rate of compensation.
    10           (4)  Supplemental payments other than payments for unused
    11       vacation or unused sick leave.

    12       Amend Sec. 5, page 3, line 13, by striking out "5" and
    13    inserting
