1 Amend Bill, page 1, by inserting between lines 7 and 8
2 Section 2. Definitions.
3 The following words and phrases when used in this act shall
4 have the meanings given to them in this section unless the
5 context clearly indicates otherwise:
6 "Commonwealth agency." Any of the following:
7 (1) The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General,
8 Auditor General, State Treasurer and the departments,
9 offices, boards, authorities, commissions and other agencies
10 of the executive branch of the government of the
11 Commonwealth, whether or not subject to the supervision and
12 control of the Governor.
13 (2) The legislative branch of government of the
14 Commonwealth.
15 (3) Any court and any office of the unified judicial
16 system of the Commonwealth.

21 line 9 and "website" in line 10 and inserting
22 (a) General rule.--The State Treasurer shall establish an
23 official Internet website where it shall post
24 Amend Sec. 2, page 1, line 12, by striking out "3" and

27 Amend Sec. 2, page 1, line 17; page 2, line 1, by striking
28 out all of said lines on said pages and inserting
29 (5) Supplemental compensation for the current month. For
30 purposes of this section, supplemental compensation shall not
31 include reimbursement payments to employees for appropriate
1 business expenditures, or payments for unused vacation or
2 unused sick leave.
3 (b) Data.--Each agency shall create and maintain the data
4 required by subsection (a) in a form and structure prescribed by
5 the State Treasurer.
6 (c) Accuracy.--Each agency is responsible for verifying the
7 accuracy and completeness of the information that it submits to
8 the State Treasurer.

21 It shall be unlawful for any person to use the contents of
22 the posting of information under this act for any commercial
23 purpose whatsoever.
