     1       Amend Sec. 2 (Sec. 2806.1), page 4, lines 7 and 8, by
     2    striking out "in whose service territory the programs are
     3    implemented." and inserting
     4               from all sources, including default service
     5               generation revenues as of January 1, 2007.

     6       Amend Sec. 2 (Sec. 2806.1), page 9, by inserting between
     7    lines 3 and 4
     8               (i)  By May 31, 2011, total annual deliveries to
     9           retail customers of electric distribution companies shall
    10           be reduced by a minimum of 1%. This load reduction shall
    11           be measured against the expected load forecasted by the
    12           commission for June 1, 2010, through May 31, 2011, based
    13           on load for the period June 1, 2007, through May 31,
    14           2008, with provision made for weather adjustments and
    15           extraordinary load that the electric distribution company
    16           must serve. The commission shall determine and make
    17           public the forecasts to be used for each electric
    18           distribution company no later than August 31, 2008. The
    19           program administrator shall ensure that a third-party
    20           entity meets the goals contained in this section through
    21           the implementation of a program of energy efficiency
    22           measures throughout the service territory of the electric
    23           distribution company.


    24       Amend Sec. 2 (Sec. 2806.1), page 9, line 4, by striking out
    25    "(i)" and inserting
    26               (ii)
    27       Amend Sec. 2 (Sec. 2806.1), page 9, line 6, by inserting a
    28    period after "2.5%"
