     1       Amend Sec. 2, page 38, lines 3 and 4, by striking out ",
     2    6504, 6506, 6507, 6508, 6509, 6510 and 8101" and inserting
     3               and 6504
     4       Amend Sec. 2, page 38, by inserting between lines 10 and 11
     5       "Certificate."  A certificate of completion issued by a
     6    certification program that has been evaluated and listed by an
     7    accrediting agency that has been recognized by the Conference
     8    for Food Protection Standards for Accreditation of Food
     9    Protection Manager Certification Program.

    10       Amend Sec. 2 (Sec. 6503), page 41, line 24, by inserting a
    11    bracket before "by"
    12       Amend Sec. 2 (Sec. 6503), page 41, line 25, by inserting a
    13    bracket after "department"
    14       Amend Sec. 2 (Sec. 6504), page 43, lines 1 and 2, by
