Amend Bill, page 2, line 10, by inserting after
"simultaneously."
Notwithstanding the limitations in section 442, for
compensation under this clause, counsel fees, agreed upon by the
claimant and the claimant's attorney, for services performed in
matters before a workers' compensation judge or the board,
whether or not allowed as part of a judgment, shall be approved
by the workers' compensation judge or board as the case may be,
if the counsel fees do not exceed ten per centum of the amount
awarded.
