AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 1135

Amend Bill, page 11, lines 4 through 10, by striking out "The
following shall be" in line 4 and all of lines 5 through 10 and
inserting
(1) The sum of $125,000,000 in Federal money is
transferred to the fund from the COVID-19 Response Restricted
Account.
(2) The following shall be deposited into the fund:
(i) Appropriations from the General Assembly.
(ii) Any allocations received by the Commonwealth
from the Federal Government made available for purposes
of funding the program.
(iii) Any gift, donation, legacies or other
revenues.
