Amend Bill, page 30, line 15, by inserting after "(3)"
To restrict the number of highly automated vehicles a
highly automated vehicle driver is operating from a remote
location.
(4) To establish additional qualifications or
credentials for a highly automated vehicle driver in addition
to the appropriate driver's license and endorsement required
under section 8508(e) (relating to operation requirements).
