"the court shall not allow alimony pendente lite or" in line 18
on page 1 and "spousal support for the benefit of" in line 1 on
page 2
Amend Bill, page 2, line 2, by inserting after "of"
committing
Amend Bill, page 2, line 2, by striking out the period after
"party" and inserting
shall not be entitled to spousal support or alimony pendente
lite. Any amount paid by the injured party after the commission
of the offense but before the conviction of the other party
shall be recoverable by the injured party upon petition.
