Subject:	Constitutional Amendment to Prevent Court-Packing

Soon, I will be introducing a resolution that would petition The United States Congress, to hold a Constitutional Convention under Article V of the United States Constitution. This convention would be for the sole purpose of keeping the number of United States Supreme Court Justices at nine and preventing the act of court-packing.
