Subject: Requiring Dept. of State to Submit a Report on Election Complaints
 
We will be introducing legislation requiring the PA Department of State to submit a report to the General Assembly regarding how the following complaints relating to the November 3, 2020 general election were investigated:

(1) Complaints submitted to the PA Department of State Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation;
(2) Complaints submitted to the PA Department of State through the department's formal election complaint publicly accessible internet website, and;
(3) Complaints submitted to the PA Department of State through the voter hotline.

The information in the report shall include the complaint, polling precinct and county in which the complaint originated, what actions the Department took to investigate the complaint, and the outcome of the investigation.
