Subject: Auditor General Election Complaint Review
 
I will be re-introducing Senate Bill 1373 of the 2019-2020 Session directing a hotline and a website be set up within the Office of the Auditor General where Pennsylvanians can report election fraud allegations as well as questionable practices contrary to the Pennsylvania Election Code.

I feel an impartial audit would be more appropriate to identify any wrongdoing so they can be properly investigated, and so we can identify areas that may need to be addressed legislatively to maintain the integrity of our election process in the future.  The Office of the Auditor General will review these complaints, and if found to be justified, turn the complaint over to appropriate law enforcement. 

Previous cosponsors included Senators J. Ward, Arnold, Argall, Hutchinson and Mensch.
