Subject: Ending Keystone Exams for federal accountability
 
This bill will do the following:
  •  Starting in the 2022-2023 school year, discontinues the use of the Keystone Exams for Federal accountability purposes.
  • During the 2021-2022 school year, sets a baseline measure for student academic growth using certain assessments.
  • Starting in the 2022-2023 school year, PDE shall identify a list of assessments, including the PSAT and SAT, for Federal accountability purposes.
