Subject: Electronic pins for unemployment compensation
 
Our constituents are facing incredible difficulties in their daily lives, however, the appropriate use of technology is easing that burden. We should do everything we can to streamline access to resources and help people get relief as quickly and efficiently as possible.
 
My colleague Representative Mary Issaccson and I have found that there is a delay in accessing unemployment compensation because pins must be provided by mail. This legislation would allow access by electronically generated pin which would streamline the process. Please join me in helping our constituents access this support faster.
