Subject:	Cardiac Rehabilitation Week Resolution and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Week Resolution

Please join us in co-sponsoring two resolutions on behalf of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, recognizing both cardiac rehabilitation week and pulmonary rehabilitation week.

Note: These two resolutions will be introduced the week of Feb. 4th.
