Subject: Veterans' Disability Payments Exemptions under Commonwealth Programs
 
Please join me in sponsoring legislation, which was introduced as Senate Bill 381 in the 2017-2018 Legislative Session. It would exempt veterans’ disability benefits as eligible income under the following acts: Senior Citizen Property Tax and Rent Rebate Assistance (Act 1), PACE/PACENET and Section 1901 of the Vehicle Code (Exemption of persons, entities and vehicles from fees).

I hope you will support this legislation. It was co-sponsored by Senators Blake, Fontana, Sabatina, Stefano, Leach, Baker, Brewster, Schwank, Yudichak, Farnese, Haywood, Aument, Ward, Hughes, Mensch, Boscola, Browne, Brooks, Williams and Vogel during the previous session.
