Subject: Agricultural College Non-Preferred Appropriation
 

Today we intend to introduce Penn State's College of Agricultural Sciences non-preferred appropriation. This appropriation is necessary to effectuate the supplemental agriculture appropriations included in Senate Bill 1120.
