Subject: Resolution - Pulaski Memorial Day (October 6, 2013)
 
In the near future, I will introduce a resolution designating October 6, 2013 as “Pulaski Memorial Day” in Pennsylvania.

On Sunday, October 6, 2013, Philadelphia will host its 80th Anniversary Pulaski Day Parade. Pulaski Day is one of many celebrations during Polish American Heritage Month. During that time, General Casimir Pulaski is remembered for his skills and bravery during the Revolutionary War that earned him the title of “Father of American Calvary.”

Please join me in sponsoring this resolution.
