Subject: Joint Tenancy
 
In the near future, I plan on re-introducing SB 667 of last session, which amended the Tax Reform Code of 1971 to add an additional exemption under joint tenancy to the inheritance tax. This inheritance tax exemption would apply to any interest in a joint account deposited in financial institution passing by right of survivorship to the individual who funded the entire account.

Previous co-sponsors included: BREWSTER, COSTA , EICHELBERGER , ERICKSON , FARNESE, FONTANA , GREENLEAF , KITCHEN , SOLOBAY , STACK , TARTAGLIONE , WASHINGTON , WAUGH and WOZNIAK.
