Subject: Highway Designation
 
I intend to introduce legislation in the near future that would designate Airport Road at the Johnstown Airport, Cambria County as the Lt. Col. B.D. Buzz Wagner Memorial Highway. Lt. Col. Buzz Wagner served in WW II, was from Johnstown, and is buried in the Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown. A Memorial Service was held on October 23, 2010 with a flyover of two U.S. Air Force F-15's. That was not possible in 1942 due to the weather conditions.
