Subject: Prescription Drugs- Selling Prescriptions to Unknown Persons
 
In the very near future, I will be re-introducing legislation from last session (SB534), specifically targeting the growing problem of prescription drug diversion.

This legislation prohibits an authorized seller or distributor of a Schedule II drugs from accepting a prescription order from a person not personally known to him unless he obtains a printed name, signature and address of the person who submits the prescription order.
