Subject: Operation Inherent Resolve
 
In the near future I will be introducing legislation recognizing those brave veterans who served in defense of our country in Operation Inherent Resolve. The bill will direct PennDOT to create a registration plate for these veterans to proudly display their service on their vehicles.
 
Operation Inherent Resolve is an ongoing U.S.-led international coalition of over 30 countries against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). The operation was formed in 2014 to coordinate military efforts against ISIL, consisting of campaigns in Iraq, Syria, and Libya.
