Subject: Private Paul Regis Wilburn Memorial Bridge
 
It is my intention to introduce legislation that will name a bridge, identified as Bridge Key 8463, carrying U.S. Route 219 over State Route 3043 (Jackson Street) in Summerhill Borough, Cambria County, as the Private Paul Regis Wilburn Memorial Bridge.
 
Paul is a distinguished veteran who served within the U.S. Air Force. He went missing on January 18th, 1945, after his plane was downed in Myanmar. For his service, Paul was awarded the Purple Heart Medal.
 
Please join me in co-sponsoring this important legislation.
