Subject: Establishing a Regulatory Sandbox Program
 
Please join us as co-sponsors of legislation to establish a regulatory sandbox program in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Regulatory sandboxes are ways to provide targeted regulatory relief from needlessly cumbersome regulations for businesses. This legislation is designed to help provide regulatory flexibility for innovative businesses to help them grow here in the Commonwealth.

While this concept would be new to our state, we had a trial run with the series of regulatory suspensions that were established as part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is time to take the lessons learned from that experience and use them to build something positive for job creators.

We look forward to working with you on this important legislation.
