Subject: Resolution Recognizing Local Government Officials
 
Every year, thousands of government officials and volunteers work throughout Pennsylvania to serve the citizens of the Commonwealth by participating in the local governments. They are the selfless men and women who work tirelessly to fill the various roles that allow our local governments to run efficiently. Without their work, the functions of local government could not be carried out. This resolution will recognize April 13, 2022 as Local Government Day and April 10-16, 2022 as Local Government Week in Pennsylvania to honor their service to the Commonwealth.

Please join me in recognizing the important work of our local government officials as a co-sponsor of this resolution.
