Subject: Presidential Executive Orders
 
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic we have been reminded of the dangers, excesses, and abuse of executive authority at both the state and national levels. I will soon be introducing legislation to ensure that Pennsylvania’s General Assembly can voice its disapproval of presidential executive orders which infringe on the constitutional rights of Pennsylvanians. This legislation will particularly focus on the protection of our agriculture and natural resources industries, as well as the defense of citizens’ right to bear arms.
