Subject:	Impersonating a Public Servant

I am reintroducing former HB 788 in the 2019-2020 session. This legislation amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 75 (Vehicles of Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes) in falsification and intimidation, further providing for the offense of impersonating a public servant; and in other required equipment, further providing for visual and audible signals on emergency vehicles.
