Subject: Sergeant William A. Stock Memorial Bridge
 
In the near future, I will introduce legislation to honor Sergeant William A. Stock with the naming of Bridge Key 8516 carrying State Route 271 over the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, Northern Cambria Borough, Cambria County as the Sergeant William Stock Memorial Bridge.

Sgt. Stock served within the 49th Munitions Maintenance Squadron in the U.S. Air Force and later retired as a coal miner from Barnes & Tucker and Tanoma Mines.  

Sgt. Stock married Ms. Mary Kay (Potonic) Stock and had four children together.  Sgt. Stock passed away August 19, 2018 at the age of 64. 

While his honorable merits stand on their own, I am honored to add that Sgt. Stock is my father-in-law.
