Subject: Presidental Electors
 
In the near future, the General Assembly may be called upon to appoint electors of President and Vice President. If so, we will need a legislative instrument to serve that purpose, and I intend to introduce a joint resolution to fulfill that need. Please join me in cosponsoring such a legislative instrument.
