Subject: Amending Rule 45 to provide Standing Committees Subpoena Power
 
This Rule change would model the Senate's rule on standing committee oversight operations and provide standing committees the ability to issue subpoenas in carrying out their oversight operation duties.

This resolution levels the playing field for the House of Representatives.
