Subject: Election Day as Legal Holiday
 
I will be introducing legislation to amend the Act of June 3, 1937, (P.L. 1333, Nov. 320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code by adding a section which will read:  Designation of Election Day as Legal Holiday.  The first Tuesday after the first Monday in November will be known as Election Day is designated a legal holiday in this Commonwealth.
