Subject: Amending The Minimum Wage Act of 1968
 
My bill amends the act of January 17, 1968 (P.L.11, No.5), known as The Minimum Wage Act of 1968 increases the minimum wage over time, abolishes the sub-minimum wage, protects the gratuities of workers from wage theft, and expands the universe of beneficiaries to include gig workers, incarcerated workers and workers with severe intellectual disabilities.
