Subject: COVID-19 Allowing licensee's to deliver wine and mixed drinks
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation that will allow licensees to deliver wine and mixed drinks just as they are now allowed to deliver malt and brewed beverages.  This will continue during the declared state of emergency and will continue if there is a renewal of the state of emergency.

I hope you will consider cosponsoring this legislation.
