Subject:	Reopening Restaurants in Pennsylvania

Please consider supporting my legislation to reopen Pennsylvania restaurants that can adhere to the social distancing practices and other mitigation measures defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to protect workers and to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This legislation will allow people to socialize, conduct business and help restaurants and food systems to function effectively.  It will also allow restaurants who so decide to continue to offer takeout and curbside services.
