Subject: Consolidating the Community Development Bank Grant and Loan Program statute
 
Please join me as a co-sponsor of legislation to consolidate the statutes relating to the Pennsylvania Economic Development Authority’s Community Development Bank Grant and Loan Program into Title 12 of the Consolidated Statutes.

This legislation is part of the effort to clean up and modernize Pennsylvania’s statutes.
This program provides grants and loans for community development financial institutions that are certified in accordance with the federal Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions Act of 1994.

I look forward to working with you on this important legislation.
