Subject: Wine and Spirits Auction Permit
 

Soon I will be introducing legislation that would allow a community based voluntary health organization in a county of the second class which is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and young adults with disability and chronic illness to obtain a Wine and Spirit Auction Permit. These permits allow eligible organizations an opportunity to auction wine and spirits to raise funds for their organization. Permits obtained from the PLCB cost $30 per day and may not exceed four days in a calendar year.
My bill will simply add this organization designation to those organizations that qualify for the permit. I hope you will consider co-sponsoring this legislation. Thank you.
