Subject: Transportation Repealer
 
Please join me as a co-sponsor of legislation that will repeal Act 149 of 1941, which is a part of a package of bills that PennDOT has reviewed and considers to be outdated and obsolete. Act 149 of 1941 does not serve a legitimate purpose in the Commonwealth's laws since it has been superseded by newer acts.

I look forward to working with you on this legislation.
