Subject: The repeal Act 333 of 1943
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that will repeal Act 333 of 1943, which is a part of a package of bills that PennDOT has reviewed and considers to be outdated and obsolete. Act 333 of 1943, known as "An act establishing as state highways, certain county highways and requiring their construction, repair and maintenance as such" does not serve a legitimate purpose in the Commonwealth’s laws since it has been superseded by newer acts.
