Subject: Disclosing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Act
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation to further protect all employees in the Commonwealth from sexual harassment.

Pennsylvania workers deserve protection from workplace sexual harassment and employers deserve the necessary tools to create a safe, productive working environment for their employees.

My bill will ban the requirement of nondisclosure agreements related to sexual harassment as a condition of getting a job, but would not prevent such an agreement if it was agreed to by both parties.
