Subject: Prohibit the Avoidance of Traffic Lights
 
Vehicles turning into gas stations and parking lots with the intention of exiting the opposite entrance can endanger pedestrians standing outside their vehicles at these locations. This dangerous maneuver should be prohibited.

I am proposing legislation to end this practice and ensure that drivers follow traffic lights.
