Subject: Employee Ownership Month - October 2018
 
In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution to designate October 2018 as "Employee Ownership Month" in Pennsylvania.

Employee stock ownership plans have been established in approximately 11,500 companies throughout the United States. These companies employ over 10 million working men and women! Employee ownership has become a powerful incentive for Americans to make the best of their talents and energies in their place of work while strengthening the competitive potential of this Commonwealth's businesses as it aids in creating and retaining jobs!

Please join me in recognizing the successful record of employee-owned firms that benefit both companies and employees!
