Subject: Joint resolution recognizing September 2018 as National Recovery Month in Pennsylvania.
 
This resolution encourages relatives and friends of individuals affected by mental illness and/or substance abuse to implement preventive measures, recognize the signs of a problem and guide those in need to appropriate treatment and recovery support services.

Please join me and Representative Madden in co-sponsoring this resolution.
