Subject: Defining a slot machine in Title 18
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation to update the Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) to
provide a definition of the term "slot machine" that is consistent with how the term is defined in
the Gaming Act (Title 4).
Currently, Title 18 does not define the term "slot machine." My legislation would simply
reference the definition of "slot machine" in Section 1103 of Title 4.
