Subject: Rosie the Riveter Day in PA
 
I will be introducing a Resolution designating March 21, 2018 as Rosie the Riveter Day in Pennsylvania.

During WWII, many women entered the workforce to fill the positions of men who left to serve in the armed forces. The national campaign to recruit these women starred Rosie the Riveter.

This resolution will honor these women who served their country on the home front.
