Subject:	Ban High Capacity Magazines and Conversion Devices

Soon I will be introducing legislation which will ban high-capacity magazines and conversion devices, like bump-stocks, used to create a machine-gun effect. These devices have been used in mass shootings, which should not occur in any civilized society. A ban may help to reduce the carnage or even the likelihood of future occurrences. Please co-sponsor this legislation.
