In the near future, I will be introducing legislation designating the interchange of Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County as United States Army Sgt. Thomas H. Woodruff, Sr. and United States Marine Corps. Sgt. Hamilton T. Woodruff Memorial Interchange. Please join me in honoring the memory of these individuals for their service.
