Subject: Providers for the Intellectually Disabled
 
In the near future, I plan on introducing legislation that would provide citizens of this commonwealth who are diagnosed with an intellectual disability and their families with a full list of community homes throughout Pennsylvania.

This legislation will give our citizens easier access to see what options are available to them and their families. Making the decision to put a loved one in a home is not easy. Not all cases are the same – people who have mild, moderate, severe, and profound disabilities, each deserves to see all of the options available to them so they can make an informed decision.

I invite you to join me in co-sponsoring this legislation.
