Subject: Prohibit Tax Dollars From Being Used For Gender/Sex Reassignment Surgery or Transition Services
 
In the near future, I will introduce legislation that would prohibit the use of taxpayer dollars to provide gender or sex reassignment surgery and gender or sex transition services under the medical assistance program and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

This legislation would apply to gender or sex reassignment surgery and gender or sex transition services, including but not limited to, physician’s services, inpatient and outpatient hospital services, prescribed drugs or counseling services related to such surgery or services.

Please join me in co-sponsoring this important legislation.
