Subject: Equitable Beer Wholesale Pricing
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation to amend the Liquor Code to ensure that all malt and brewed beverage Importing Distributors (ID’s) are offered the same pricing by beer manufacturers and breweries.

Ensuring equitable pricing to all importing distributors allows for an even playing field regardless of the size or regional location of one’s business. Additionally, this uniform pricing will permit our locally owned beer distributors the opportunity to know that they are getting the best price no matter where they are located.
